Signs of Fall are in the air as we begin our harvest season on the farm. Did you know we rotate our crops every year between cotton and corn? Planting a field in corn the previous year allows for more ground cover to prevent erosion, more organic matter, and deters nematodes from attacking the cotton crop. This year, we're seeing one of the best corn crops we've had in a while! Come along with us to see the process!
